Moyuta is a town and a special kind of area called a municipality in the Jutiapa department of Guatemala. It's a place where many people live and work. In 2018, about 39,781 people lived there.

The most famous natural landmark is the Volcán Moyuta, a volcano that stands tall in the area.

Moyuta has many hills and mountains that make its landscape beautiful. Some of the hills include El Volcán, Cerro Gordo, and Las Cruzadillas. Among the mountains, you'll find El Cuilotillo, El Maguey, and San Andrés.
