Musashi Mizushima (水島 武蔵, Mizushima Musashi, born 10 September 1964) is a former Japanese football player and manager. He was born in Tokyo on September 10, 1964.

Musashi Mizushima: A Football Journey
Musashi Mizushima started his amazing football journey at a young age. He became a professional player and later a coach.
Early Days in Brazil
When Musashi was just 10 years old, in 1975, he moved from Japan to Brazil. Brazil is famous for its love of football! There, he joined the youth team of São Paulo, a very well-known football club. This was a big step for a young player.
He trained hard and improved his skills. In 1984, he officially joined São Paulo's main team. After playing for São Paulo, he also played for other Brazilian clubs. These included São Bento, Portuguesa Desportos, and Santos. Playing in Brazil helped him become a strong midfielder.
Returning to Japan
In 1989, Musashi Mizushima decided to return to his home country, Japan. He joined a team called Hitachi. He played for them for a few years.
Later, in 1991, he moved to another Japanese team. This team was first known as All Nippon Airways. It later became Yokohama Flügels. Sadly, he faced some injuries during this time. Because of his injuries, he couldn't play in many matches. He decided to retire from playing football at the end of the 1992 season.
From Player to Coach
After his playing career, Musashi Mizushima continued to be involved in football. He decided to use his experience to help other players.
Managing Fujieda MYFC
In 2014, Musashi Mizushima took on a new role. He became the manager of Fujieda MYFC. This is a football club in Japan. He managed the team for one season. As a manager, he was in charge of the team's training and game strategies.
Coaching the Tajikistan National Team
Later, in 2019, Musashi Mizushima worked as an assistant coach. He joined the coaching staff of the Tajikistan national football team. In this role, he helped train the national players. He also assisted the main coach with game plans.
