Myfanwy Warhurst (born May 29, 1974) is a well-known Australian radio and TV star. She is famous for hosting the music quiz show Spicks and Specks on ABC TV. Myf also comments on the Eurovision Song Contest for Australia with Joel Creasey. She co-hosts a podcast called Bang On. You might also know her voice from the popular cartoon Bluey, where she plays Aunt Trixie and Indy's Mum.

Myf Warhurst's Early Life
Myf Warhurst was born in Portland, Victoria, Australia, in 1974. She has three older brothers. One of her brothers, Kit Warhurst, plays drums in the band Rocket Science. When Myf was a child, her family moved to Donald, Victoria. Later, when she was eight years old, they moved to Red Cliffs, Victoria.
Myf Warhurst's Career Journey
Before becoming a radio and TV star, Myf Warhurst worked as an editor. She was the editor-in-chief of a music magazine in Melbourne called Inpress.
Radio and Podcast Work
Myf started her radio career at Triple J. She became popular by doing short segments for a show called Merrick and Rosso's Drive in 2000. In 2001, she began hosting a request show called Net 50. By 2003, she was hosting the weekday Lunch show. She also had a daily segment called The Trashy Lunchtime Quiz.
In 2007, Myf joined the Breakfast Show team. She then moved to Triple M Melbourne to co-host a new breakfast show with comedian Peter Helliar.
Today, Myf Warhurst co-hosts a weekly podcast called Bang On with Zan Rowe. The podcast talks about music, art, life, and other interesting things.
Television Appearances
Myf Warhurst has done a lot of work on television. She hosted jtv and a special show called My Favourite Album. Her most famous TV role was as a team captain on Spicks and Specks. This music quiz show ran from 2005 to 2011. It returned for special episodes in 2018 and became a full-time show again in 2021.
Myf has been a regular presenter on The Project on Network 10. In 2012, she had her own six-part series on ABC1 called Myf Warhurst's Nice.
Since 2017, Myf Warhurst and Joel Creasey have been the commentators for Australia at the Eurovision Song Contest. She also appeared as a guest on the quiz show Have You Been Paying Attention?. Since 2018, Myf has used her voice for the characters Aunt Trixie and Indy's Mum in the popular children's TV show Bluey.

The TV show Spicks and Specks, which Myf Warhurst was a part of, won the Logie Award for Most Outstanding Light Entertainment Program twice. The Logie Awards are Australia's biggest TV awards.
