Maneepat Myra Molloy (มณีภัสสร มอลลอย), known as Myra, is a talented Thai-American actress, singer, and songwriter. She became famous after winning the first season of Thailand's Got Talent. Later, she was a Top 6 finalist on ABC's American show Rising Star.
Myra Molloy played the alternate role for Kim in the 2018-2019 touring show of Miss Saigon. She made her first appearance on Broadway as Eurydice in Hadestown on May 6, 2025. Myra also appeared in the 2021 movie He's All That.

Myra's Early Life and Music Journey
Myra Molloy was born and grew up in Bangkok, Thailand. Her mother is Thai, and her father is American. She has a younger sister named Nina. Myra often visited New York City when she was young. She loved The Phantom of the Opera and would even stand through the whole show. She still tries to see as many musicals as she can.
Myra started playing the violin at age 5, then switched to the viola. She was part of her school orchestra and choirs. At age 9, she became the first vocal scholar at Shrewsbury International School Bangkok.
Becoming a Star on Thailand's Got Talent
In 2011, when Myra was 13, she joined the first season of Thailand's Got Talent. During the competition, she sang famous songs like “Time to Say Goodbye” and “Think of Me”. Her performances made many people interested in classical music.
After winning the show in 2011, Myra often performed with the Siam Sinfonietta Orchestra and Bangkok Opera. She sings at big events, including film awards and celebrations for important people. She has also performed for major international companies.
Myra has sung in many countries, including Paris, China, Singapore, Thailand, and the United States. She can sing in different languages like English, Thai, Chinese, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Latin. She enjoys singing classical, pop, musical theatre, and jazz music.
Acting Roles and More Music
In 2012, Myra got her first big acting role as young Reya in Reya the Musical. This show was very popular and sold out.
Myra placed sixth in Season 1 of Rising Star USA on August 17, 2014, when she was 16.
In 2016, Myra played the character Wish in HBO Asia’s series Halfworlds II. She also helped write and sang several songs for the show.
In November 2016, Myra was the speaking and singing voice of Moana in the Thai version of the Walt Disney Studios animated film. She returned to voice Moana again in the sequel, Moana 2, in 2024.
Myra graduated with top honors from Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. She studied singing and songwriting and received a scholarship.
Myra was the alternate for Kim in the 2018-2019 US Broadway Tour of Miss Saigon. On TV, she played Mara Chamberlain on the Freeform series The Bold Type. She also played Quinn in the movie He's All That on Netflix.
On April 1, 2025, Myra made history. She became the first Thai person to play a main role in a Broadway musical. She plays Eurydice in the popular musical Hadestown at the Walter Kerr Theatre in New York. Myra started her performances on May 6, 2025.
