NBU-prisen facts for kids
The NBU-prisen is a special award given out by the Norwegian Writers for Children. This prize goes to a person or a group that has created amazing books for children or young people in Norway.
It's given out every year to someone Norwegian or a Norwegian organization. The prize itself isn't just money; it's usually a unique piece of art. This artwork is often made by an illustrator who draws pictures for children's books. It's a way to celebrate those who make reading fun and exciting for young people!
