NEOMA Business School is a well-known business and management school in France. It was created in 2013. This happened when two older schools, Reims Management School (started in 1928) and Rouen Business School (started in 1871), decided to join together. They merged to become stronger and offer even better education.
NEOMA Business School offers many different study programs. These include bachelor's degrees, master's degrees, and even programs for people who want to become top managers. It's known as one of the best business schools in Europe and worldwide. Important groups like the Financial Times often rank it highly.
NEOMA is part of a special group of French schools called the Conférence des Grandes écoles. It's also one of the very few business schools in the world that has a "Triple Accreditation." This means it has been checked and approved by three major international organizations. This shows that NEOMA offers high-quality education.
The school has about 9,000 students. A quarter of these students come from other countries. They study at three different campuses located in Reims, Rouen, and Paris. After students graduate, they join a large network of over 72,000 former students. This network is one of the biggest in France.

How NEOMA Business School Started
The school in Rouen, called the Advanced Business School of Rouen, began in 1873. It later changed its name to Rouen Business School.
The school in Reims, called the Advanced Business School of Reims, started in 1928. It later became Reims Management School.
In 2013, these two schools decided to merge and form NEOMA Business School. This merger was supported by the local Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Reims and Rouen. They wanted to create a bigger, stronger school.
What is a Grande École?
NEOMA Business School is a grande école. In France, these are special higher education schools. They are separate from the main public university system. Grandes écoles are very selective. Students have to pass tough exams to get in. Many graduates from these schools go on to hold important jobs in France. Think of them like very famous universities in other countries. Getting a degree from a grande école is seen as a great achievement in France.
The degrees from these schools are officially recognized by the French Ministry of National Education. In France, higher education degrees are usually in three levels: the Bachelor's, the Master's, and the Doctorate. These programs are organized into semesters. Students earn credits for each course. A Bachelor's degree usually takes three years, and a Master's degree takes two more years after that.
