Nashville is a town in Forest County, Wisconsin, in the United States. In 2010, about 1,064 people lived there. Part of the Mole Lake Indian Reservation is also in Nashville. The town got its name from G.V. Nash, who was from Forest City, Arkansas.

For emergencies, the northern part of Nashville gets fire and ambulance help from the Crandon Fire Department and Crandon Area Rescue Squad. The southern part is served by the Pickerel Volunteer Fire Department and Pickerel Rescue Squad.

History of Nashville

A post office opened in Nashville in 1902. It helped people send and receive mail until it closed in 1944. The town was named after G. V. Nash.

Geography and Land

Nashville is located in Wisconsin and covers a total area of about 72.3 square miles. Most of this area, about 67.2 square miles, is land. The rest, about 5.2 square miles, is water. This means that about 7% of the town's area is covered by water.
