The National Changhua University of Education (NCUE; Chinese: 國立彰化師範大學) is a normal university in Changhua City, Changhua County, Taiwan. It is a public university that helps train future teachers. NCUE also offers many other exciting subjects. Students can study things like science, engineering, business, and liberal arts here.

History of NCUE
Early Beginnings
NCUE has a long history. It first started in 1745 as Baisha Academy. This was a place where people could learn and study.
Becoming a College
Many years later, in August 1971, the school changed its name. It became the Taiwan Provincial College of Education. This was an important step for the school.
University Status
In 1980, it was renamed again to National Taiwan College of Education. Then, in August 1989, it became a full university. It was given the name National Changhua University of Education. This is the name it still uses today.
University Campuses
NCUE has two main campuses. They are called Jin-De and Bao-Shan. Both campuses are located in Changhua. This gives students different places to learn and explore.

NCUE is made up of seven different colleges. Each college focuses on different subjects. These colleges are:

Getting to NCUE
It is easy to get to the university. You can reach it by train. The university is located east of Changhua Station. This station is part of the Taiwan Railway Administration system.
