In Hardwood, Louisiana, The Oaks is another historic property on U.S. Route 61. It was added to the National Register in 1979.

Rosedown Plantation, at the junction of U.S. Route 61 and Louisiana Highway 10 in St. Francisville, is a very special place. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 2001, meaning it's one of the most important historic sites in the country.


Solitude Plantation House

Northwest of St. Francisville on Tunica Road, you'll find the Solitude Plantation House. It was added to the National Register in 1983.

Star Hill Plantation Dependency

This historic building is located on U.S. Route 61 in Star Hill. It was recognized in 2003.

Wakefield

In Wakefield, Louisiana, the historic site known as Wakefield on U.S. Route 61 was added to the list in 1980.

Weyanoke (house)
