Neelam Muneer (born March 20, 1992) is a famous Pakistani actress and model. She stars in many TV shows and movies. People know her best for playing Ulfat in the TV series Dil Mom Ka Diya (2018). This role helped her get nominated for the Best TV Actress award at the 18th Lux Style Awards.

Neelam first appeared in movies with the comedy-thriller Chupan Chupai (2017). Later, she had a main role in the romantic-comedy Wrong No. 2 (2019). Both of these movies were very successful!

Neelam Muneer's Early Life

Neelam Muneer Khan was born in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. But she grew up in Karachi. Her father passed away when she was only three years old. Her mother raised Neelam and her three sisters all by herself.

While she was still in school, Neelam started modeling. She later finished her studies privately. A director named Shamoon Abbasi first asked her to be in a TV show. Soon after, she joined the TV world with director Kazim Pasha's drama series Thora Sa Aasmaan, which was shown on PTV Home.

Her Start in Television

Neelam Muneer began her acting journey with the drama series Thoda Sa Aasmaan. After that, she appeared in many other TV shows. These included Meri Subha Ka Sitara on Geo TV, Qaid-e-Tanhai, and Jal Pari. She also acted in Meri Behan Maya and Daray Daray Naina.

In 2018, she played the main character in the social drama Umm-e-Haniya. In the same year, she played Ulfat in the very popular drama series Dil Mom Ka Diya. This show became one of the most-watched shows ever in Pakistani television history! Her role in this series earned her a nomination for Best TV Actress at the 18th Lux Style Awards.

From 2019 to 2020, Neelam starred in Kahin Deep Jaley with Imran Ashraf. She played Rida, a kind girl who faced many problems because of her cousin's jealousy.

In 2020, she appeared in Bikhray Moti. In this show, Neelam played Ayeza, a strong and independent girl.

Her Movies

In 2017, Neelam Muneer made her first movie appearance in the comedy-thriller Chupan Chupai. She starred alongside Ahsan Khan. This movie earned her a nomination for Best Film Actress at the 17th Lux Style Awards.

Her next movie was the romantic-comedy Wrong No. 2 with Sami Khan. This film was a sequel to the 2015 movie Wrong No.. Wrong No. 2 was released during Eid al-Fitr in 2019. Both Chuppan Chuppai and Wrong No. 2 were big hits at the box office.

In 2022, Neelam played two roles as twins in Yasir Nawaz's mystery film Chakkar.

In January 2025, Neelam Muneer married Mohammad Rashid. He is from the UAE and works as an officer for the Dubai Police's Crime Investigation Department. They had a love marriage, and their wedding was held in Dubai, UAE.

Mohammad Rashid is originally from Punjab, Pakistan. His brother, Samar Ranjha, shared that their hometown is Mianwali. Rashid owns several businesses in Dubai, where he has lived since 2006. These businesses include a travel agency and a few restaurants.
