Neelam became very popular for her role as Ulfat in the TV series Dil Mom Ka Diya in 2018. This role even earned her a nomination for Best TV Actress. She also started her film career with successful movies like Chupan Chupai (2017) and Wrong No. 2 (2019).

Early Life and Beginnings
Neelam Muneer Khan was born in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. She grew up in Karachi. Her father passed away when she was only three years old. Her mother raised Neelam and her three sisters by herself.
While still in school, Neelam started modeling. She later finished her studies privately. She was first asked to join a TV series by Shamoon Abbasi. She then began her acting journey with the drama Thora Sa Aasmaan, which aired on PTV Home.

Television Roles
Neelam Muneer started her acting career with the drama series Thoda Sa Aasmaan. She then appeared in many other popular shows. These included Meri Subha Ka Sitara and Qaid-e-Tanhai. She also starred in Jal Pari and Meri Behan Maya.
In 2018, Neelam played the main character in the drama Umm-e-Haniya. That same year, she took on the role of Ulfat in Dil Mom Ka Diya. This show became one of the most-watched in Pakistani television history. Her performance earned her a nomination at the 18th Lux Style Awards. From 2019 to 2020, she played Rida in Kahin Deep Jaley. Rida was an innocent girl who faced many challenges.
In 2020, Neelam appeared in Bikhray Moti. In this series, she played Ayeza, a strong and independent character.
Film Appearances
Neelam Muneer made her first movie appearance in 2017. It was a comedy-thriller called Chupan Chupai. She starred alongside Ahsan Khan. Her role in this film earned her a nomination for Best Film Actress.
Her next big movie was the romantic-comedy Wrong No. 2 in 2019. She starred with Sami Khan. Both Chuppan Chupai and Wrong No. 2 were very successful at the box office. In 2022, she played two roles as twins in the movie Chakkar.

In January 2025, Neelam Muneer married Mohammad Rashid. He is from Punjab, Pakistan and works as an officer with the Dubai Police Force. Their wedding ceremony took place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Mohammad Rashid also owns businesses in Dubai, where he has lived since 2006.
