The Netherlands women's field hockey team has a fantastic history of winning major tournaments. They have consistently been one of the top teams globally.

World Cup Success

The team has won the Women's Hockey World Cup nine times! Their victories include:

  • 1983 in Malaysia
  • 1986 in their home country, the Netherlands
  • 1990 in Australia
  • 2006 in Spain
  • 2014 in the Netherlands

Olympic Games Medals

The Dutch team has won many medals at the Olympic Games. They have won the gold medal five times:
