Neuilly-sur-Seine, known as Neuilly, is a commune in the department of Hauts-de-Seine in France. It is west of Paris.
The city hosts many foreign headquarters and embassies. It is the richest and most expensive suburb of Paris.
Together with the 16th and 7th arrondissement of Paris, the town of Neuilly-sur-Seine forms the richest residential area in the whole of France.
