Neuilly-sur-Seine, often called Neuilly, is a town in France. It is located in the Hauts-de-Seine area, which is a "department" (like a county). You can find Neuilly just west of the famous city of Paris.
This town is known for being a very important place. Many big companies and even offices for foreign countries (called embassies) are located here. It is also famous for being a very wealthy and expensive area to live in, especially compared to other places around Paris.
Neuilly-sur-Seine, along with two special areas in Paris (the 16th and 7th Arrondissements), forms the richest residential part of all of France. This means many people who live here are quite well-off.
