Neville's Formula One Journey
Neville Lederle started his Formula One journey in 1961. He drove a Lotus 18 car that had a Ford engine. In his first big race, the 1961 Rand Grand Prix, he had to stop early. He finished 14th in the Cape Grand Prix in January 1962.

After this, Neville decided to stop racing. He wanted to focus on his business, which included a Volkswagen car dealership.
