New Baltimore is a small community in Ohio. It is known as a census-designated place (CDP) in Crosby Township, Ohio. In 2020, about 1,596 people lived there.
History of New Baltimore
New Baltimore was started in 1819 by a mill owner named Samuel Pottinger. It's located about four miles east of New Haven.
During the American Civil War in July 1863, a group of Confederate soldiers called Morgan's Raiders crossed the Great Miami River right here in New Baltimore.
