Nikki DeLoach (born September 9, 1979) is an American actress. She is best known for playing Lacey Hamilton in the TV show Awkward from 2011 to 2016. She also starred as MJ in North Shore and Brenda in Days of Our Lives.

Early Life and First Steps in Entertainment
Nikki DeLoach was born in Waycross, Georgia. She is the oldest of three children and grew up on a farm. Her mother was a school superintendent, and her father owned a company that made products from wood.
As a child, Nikki participated in many beauty pageants and won several state and national awards. She also started modeling at a young age and appeared in print ads. She was a member of a performing arts group in Georgia called Clovers & Company from 1991 to 1994.
Career
The Mickey Mouse Club
In 1993, when she was a teenager, Nikki joined the cast of The All New Mickey Mouse Club. This show was a starting point for many future stars. Her castmates included actors like Keri Russell and Ryan Gosling. Future pop music stars Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, and JC Chasez were also on the show.
After the show ended in 1995, Nikki returned to her high school. Soon after, she moved to Los Angeles to focus on her acting career. She appeared in the TV show Misery Loves Company and the movies Gunfighter's Moon and The Traveller.
Music with Innosense
In 1998, Nikki joined a girl group called Innosense. The group was managed by Justin Timberlake's mother. Innosense performed as the opening act for famous artists like *NSYNC and Britney Spears. The group was popular in Europe but not as well-known in the United States. After appearing in the movie Longshot, the group broke up in 2003.
Focus on Acting
After Innosense ended, Nikki focused completely on acting. She starred in the movie The Net 2.0, which was a sequel to the thriller The Net.
On television, she had main roles in the Fox series North Shore and the show Windfall. She also made guest appearances on many popular shows, including Cold Case and CSI: NY.
Her most famous role was playing Lacey Hamilton on the MTV show Awkward. She played the mother of the main character, Jenna Hamilton. She has also starred in many popular movies for the Hallmark Channel.
Personal Life
In September 2009, Nikki DeLoach married Ryan Goodell. He was a member of the boy band Take 5.
The couple has two sons. Their first son, William Hudson, was born in 2013. Their second son, Bennett Christopher, was born in 2017.
