Nina played for several teams during her career, including SC Sand in Germany and SV Neulengbach in Austria. She also played for the Houston Dash in the United States.

Nina spent most of her club career with SV Neulengbach in Austria. She played there from 2005 to 2014, and then again from 2014 to 2015. During her time with Neulengbach, the team won many championships.
In 2014, Nina tried playing in the United States. She joined the Houston Dash in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). She played 17 games and scored 4 goals for them.
After her time in the US, she returned to SV Neulengbach briefly. Then, from 2015 to 2019, she played for SC Sand in Germany's top league, the Frauen Bundesliga. She played 72 games and scored 28 goals for SC Sand.
Playing for Austria
