Niton Junction is a small community called a hamlet in west-central Alberta, Canada. It is part of Yellowhead County. The hamlet is located along the Yellowhead Highway (which is also known as Highway 16).
Niton Junction is about 45 kilometers (28 miles) east of Edson. It is also about 150 kilometers (93 miles) west of Edmonton. The community sits east of where the Yellowhead Highway meets Highway 32. It is also west of a place called Chip Lake. Niton Junction is 845 meters (2,772 feet) above sea level.
