Noa Kirel (born Noya Kirel on April 10, 2001) is a famous Israeli singer, songwriter, and actress. She is also a television host and a judge on the TV show Israel's Got Talent.
Noa has won many awards, including six MTV Europe Music Awards for Best Israeli Act. In 2023, she proudly represented Israel in the Eurovision Song Contest with her song "Unicorn". She finished in an amazing 3rd place!

Noa's Early Life and Family
Noa Kirel grew up in Ra'anana, Israel. Her parents were both born in Israel. Her family has different Jewish backgrounds, including Sephardi Jewish, Mizrahi Jewish (from Morocco), and Ashkenazi Jewish (from Austria).
Noa is the youngest of three children. She has two older brothers, Niv and Ofree. Her father runs a glass business, and her mother owns a fashion store.
When Noa was a baby, she had a serious kidney illness. A rabbi suggested changing her name from Noya to Noa. In Hebrew, Noa can mean "movement," and the rabbi hoped it would bring her good health. He even joked that she might become a dancer! Noa still has only one working kidney because of that illness.
In February 2020, Noa joined the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). She served as a soldier in a special military band. She finished her two years of service in February 2022.
Noa started dating Israeli football goalkeeper Daniel Peretz in July 2023. They got engaged in September 2024.
Noa's Singing Journey
Noa Kirel first appeared on a TV show called Pushers. This show followed wealthy parents who helped their children succeed in different fields. Noa and her father were part of the show, showing how her father supported her music career.
In 2015, Noa released her first song on YouTube called Medabrim? (meaning "talking?"). It was very popular, and she soon released another song called Killer. This song's music video caused some discussion because Noa was so young.
She continued to release more songs that were played on Israeli radio stations. Some of these hits included Yesh Bi Ahava, Rak Ata, and Hatzi Meshuga. At the end of 2016, she won the Singer of the Year award at the Israeli Kids' Choice Awards.
In 2017, Noa became a host for the music show LipStar on the Yes KidZ channel. She also released songs like Makom LeShinui and Lirkod. That year, she starred in a teen movie called Nearly Famous. She also performed in the musical The Three Musketeers. Noa represented Israel at the 2017 MTV Europe Music Awards.
TV Shows and More Music (2018–2019)
In 2018, Noa became a judge on Israel's Got Talent. She was only 16, making her one of the youngest judges ever on a primetime TV show! She judged both the first and second seasons of the show.
In January 2018, Noa starred in the TV series Kfula. She played herself and a blogger character named Kitty Popper. She also released new songs like Ba Li Otcha and MeGibor LeOyev.
Noa performed in a theater show based on Kfula in Tel Aviv. She also helped promote the #Freestyle Festigal show, which is a big musical event in Israel. She released songs for the Festigal, including Zikaron Yashan with Jonathan Mergui.
In 2018, Noa was chosen again to represent Israel at the MTV Europe Music Awards. She also became a presenter for a new cosmetic company called Keff. In 2019, she released the song Ima Sheli (My Mother) in memory of the Holocaust. This song reminded the world to never forget.
In November 2020, Noa joined many other Israeli artists for a charity song called Katan Aleinu. This song supported hospital workers and patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.
International Music and Eurovision (2020–Present)

In June 2020, Noa signed a big contract with the American music company Atlantic Records. This was a huge step for her international career. In March 2021, it was announced that Noa would star in a movie produced by Picturestart.
In May 2021, Noa worked with Israeli singer Omer Adam on a new version of Israel's national anthem, HaTikvah. This version caused some debate, with some people calling it "disrespectful." For Pride Month, Noa released the song Trilili Tralala with comedian Ilan Peled.
On July 14, 2021, she released her first international song, Please Don't Suck. Later that year, she released Bad Little Thing and performed it at Miss Universe 2021 in Eilat. In 2022, her song Pa'Amon was featured in the American TV series Ginny & Georgia on Netflix.
Noa continued to release more songs, including DALE PROMO with Spanish singer Metro the Savage, and Pantera.
On June 6, 2023, Noa released "Provocativit" for Pride Month. In November 2023, she released a special "Hope Version" of her Eurovision song "Unicorn" to address the 2023 Israel-Hamas war. In July 2024, it was announced that Noa and Atlantic Records had decided to go their separate ways.
Eurovision Song Contest 2023
On July 11, 2022, Noa was chosen to represent Israel in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023. At first, she wasn't sure if she would compete, but she confirmed her decision on August 10.
Noa's song for Eurovision was "Unicorn", which came out on March 8, 2023. Noa not only sang the song but also helped write and compose it. She performed in the first semi-final and made it to the final. In the grand final, she achieved an amazing third place!
