Noh Jung-yoon, born on March 28, 1971, is a famous South Korean football player. He spent most of his career playing as a Midfielder in Japan's top league, the J1 League. He also played for a short time in the Dutch League.
Noh Jung-yoon made history as the first Korean player to join the J1 League. This happened in 1992, right when the league was starting. He played for several well-known teams during his career.

A Football Journey: Noh Jung-yoon's Career
Early Days and Youth Football
Noh Jung-yoon started his football journey in South Korea. He played for Bupyeong High School from 1986 to 1988. After high school, he continued to play at Korea University from 1989 to 1992. These early years helped him develop his skills as a midfielder.
Playing in Japan: J1 League Pioneer
In 1993, Noh Jung-yoon moved to Japan to play for Sanfrecce Hiroshima. He was one of the first international players in the newly formed J1 League. He quickly became a key player for the team. He played 138 games and scored 36 goals for Sanfrecce Hiroshima.
After five successful years with Sanfrecce Hiroshima, he moved to the Netherlands.
European Experience: Playing in the Netherlands
In 1998, Noh Jung-yoon joined NAC Breda, a team in the Eredivisie, the top football league in the Netherlands. This was a new challenge for him, playing in a European league. He played 25 games for NAC Breda during his time there.
Return to Japan and South Korea
After his time in the Netherlands, Noh Jung-yoon returned to Japan. He played for Cerezo Osaka from 1999 to 2001. He then moved to Avispa Fukuoka for the 2001 and 2002 seasons.
In 2003, he returned to South Korea to play in the K-League. He joined Busan I'cons and played there until 2004. His final club was Ulsan Hyundai, where he played from 2005 to 2006. Over his career, he played a total of 351 club games and scored 52 goals.
Representing South Korea: National Team Career
Noh Jung-yoon also proudly represented his country, South Korea, on the international stage. He played for the U-17 and U-23 national teams.
He was a member of the senior national team from 1990 to 2000. He played in 45 international matches and scored 5 goals for his country.
Asian Games Success
One of his notable achievements with the national team was winning a bronze medal at the 1990 Asian Games in Beijing, China. He helped the South Korean team achieve this success in the football tournament.
Important Goals for His Country
Noh Jung-yoon scored several important goals for South Korea. For example, he scored a goal against Pakistan in the 1990 Asian Games.
