Noreen Margaret Corcoran (born October 20, 1943 – died January 15, 2016) was an American actress who appeared in movies and on television. She is most famous for playing the character Kelly Gregg in the TV show Bachelor Father. This show was a sitcom, which means it was a funny TV series about everyday life.

Her Early Life
Noreen Corcoran was born in Quincy, Massachusetts. She was one of eight children in her family. All of her brothers and sisters, including Donna, Kevin, and Kelly, also acted when they were kids. Noreen went to Fresno State University for a couple of years, from 1962 to 1964, but she did not finish her degree.
Becoming an Actress
Noreen started acting when she was very young, in 1951. Her first movie role was in Apache Drums, where she played a child. She also appeared in other movies like Hans Christian Andersen and Gidget Goes to Rome.
On television, she had roles in shows such as Dr. Kildare and Mr. Novak. A famous person, Ronald Reagan, who later became president, suggested Noreen for the role of Kelly Gregg. This was for a new TV series called Bachelor Father. The show was about a rich single man who was raising his niece, who had lost her parents. Noreen played the niece, Kelly Gregg. The show was very popular and ran for many years, from 1957 to 1962. Her last acting job was in the TV series The Big Valley.
Life After the Spotlight
After she stopped acting, Noreen Corcoran worked for a dance company called Lewitzky Dance Company for more than ten years. She never got married or had children. Noreen passed away on January 15, 2016, in Van Nuys, California, when she was 72 years old.
