North Hills is a town in Wood County, West Virginia, United States. It is a suburb of Parkersburg. The population was 837 at the 2020 census. North Hills was incorporated on February 15, 1979.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.56 square miles (1.45 km2), of which 0.55 square miles (1.42 km2) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 km2) is water.

At the 2010 census there were 832 people, 295 households, and 250 families living in the town. The population density was 1,512.7 inhabitants per square mile (584.1/km2). There were 308 housing units at an average density of 560.0 per square mile (216.2/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 92.3% White, 2.0% African American, 4.6% Asian, 0.2% from other races, and 0.8% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.0%.
Of the 295 households 35.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 76.3% were married couples living together, 6.4% had a female householder with no husband present, 2.0% had a male householder with no wife present, and 15.3% were non-families. 11.5% of households were one person and 6.7% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 2.82 and the average family size was 3.07.
The median age in the town was 43.3 years. 26.7% of residents were under the age of 18; 6.1% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 20.7% were from 25 to 44; 32.5% were from 45 to 64; and 14.2% were 65 or older. The gender makeup of the town was 50.8% male and 49.2% female.
