North Lewisburg is a village in Champaign County, Ohio The population was 1,490 at the time of the 2010 census.
History
North Lewisburg was platted in 1826, and incorporated as a village in 1844. A post office has been in operation at North Lewisburg since 1845.
Geography
North Lewisburg is located at 40°13′22″N 83°33′25″W / 40.22278°N 83.55694°W (40.222701, -83.557039).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.15 square miles (2.98 km2), all of it land.

2010 census
As of the census of 2010, there were 1,490 people, 593 households, and 389 families living in the village. The population density was 1,295.7 inhabitants per square mile (500.3/km2). There were 679 housing units at an average density of 590.4 per square mile (228.0/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 95.6% White, 0.4% African American, 0.6% Native American, 0.5% Asian, 0.1% from other races, and 2.9% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.9% of the population.
There were 593 households, of which 36.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.6% were married couples living together, 10.3% had a female householder with no husband present, 4.7% had a male householder with no wife present, and 34.4% were non-families. 29.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.51 and the average family size was 3.11.
The median age in the village was 35.4 years. 27% of residents were under the age of 18; 7.8% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 29.5% were from 25 to 44; 24.7% were from 45 to 64; and 11% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the village was 50.5% male and 49.5% female.
Education
The village is served by the Triad Local School District. North Lewisburg has a public library, a branch of the Champaign County Public Library.
