North Mountain is a small place in Berkeley County, West Virginia, in the United States. It's called an unincorporated community. This means it's a group of homes and businesses that isn't officially a town or city with its own local government. Instead, it's part of the larger county.
Where is North Mountain?
North Mountain gets its name from a nearby natural feature, also called North Mountain. This mountain is located to the west of the community. The community itself is found along West Virginia Route 901, which is a road that helps people get around the area. It's located northeast of another community called Hedgesville.
