Northwestern Region (Iceland) facts for kids
The Northwestern Region (Icelandic: Norðurland vestra) is a region in the north of the Iceland. The population of the region was 7,810 (2007). The biggest town in the region is Sauðárkrókur, with a population of 3,000.
