The Nunobiki Herb Garden is a beautiful place located high up on Mount Rokkō in Kobe, Japan. It's a huge garden, about 40 acres in size, filled with many different kinds of herbs. You can visit this garden any day of the week, but there is a small fee to enter.

Getting to the Garden

To reach the Nunobiki Herb Garden, you take a fun ride on the Shin-Kobe Ropeway. This is a gondola lift that carries you up the mountain from downtown Kobe. The ride offers fantastic views of the city below!

The Nunobiki Herb Garden was built and opened to visitors in 1991. Since then, it has been a popular spot for people to enjoy nature and learn about herbs.
