Where is Oak Island?
Oak Island is found on the eastern side of Trinity Bay. This bay is a large inlet of water connected to Galveston Bay. The community is about 8 miles (13 km) south of Anahuac. Anahuac is the main town in Chambers County.

Hurricane Ike's Impact
