Oakhurst was once a small community located in Fresno County, California. It is no longer an active settlement today.
Oakhurst was situated along the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad tracks. This railway was very important for travel and moving goods back then. The settlement was about 5.25 miles (8.45 km) southwest of a place called Piedra.
The area where Oakhurst was located sits at an elevation of 436 feet (133 meters) above sea level. Even though it's no longer a populated place, Oakhurst could still be found on maps as late as 1923.
