Ohio is a small, unincorporated community located in the northern part of St. Clair County, in the U.S. state of Missouri. An unincorporated community means it's a place where people live, but it doesn't have its own local government like a city or town.

This community is found where two roads, Missouri Route A and Missouri Route F, meet. It's also just south of a stream called Cooper Creek. If you travel about seven miles east from Ohio, you'll reach Lowry City on Missouri Route 13. About nine miles to the west-northwest, you'll find Appleton City on Missouri Route 52.
