Oleiros is a town located in northwestern Spain. It is part of the province of A Coruña in the region of Galicia.
This area is mostly a place where people live. Many residents travel daily to the nearby city of A Coruña for work or school. Oleiros is known as the wealthiest town in Galicia. It has a high quality of life and is famous for its beautiful public gardens. The town is also known for its careful planning of buildings and spaces.
Most of the people in Oleiros live in four main areas: Santa Cristina-Perillo, Santa Cruz, Oleiros, and Mera. Some wealthier residents live in suburbs outside these busy areas. These suburbs often have houses that are joined together in rows. There are also still some rural, countryside areas throughout the town.

Where is Oleiros Located?
Oleiros is surrounded by different places. To the north, it borders the Ria of Betanzos. To the east, you'll find the towns of Sada and Bergondo. To the south, it's next to Cambre and Culleredo. Finally, to the west, it borders the city of A Coruña and the O Burgo Estuary.
How Many People Live in Oleiros?
The number of people living in Oleiros has changed a lot over the years. In 1877, there were about 5,876 residents. By 1970, the population was around 10,704. However, in the years that followed, Oleiros grew much faster. By 2010, the population had reached 34,220 people. This shows that many more people have chosen to live in Oleiros over time.
