Orana is a suburb located in the city of Albany. Albany is in the southern part of Western Australia. Orana is found to the northwest of Albany's main city area. It is part of the City of Albany, which is its local government area.
History of Orana
Orana officially became a suburb in 1979. This means it was recognized as a distinct neighborhood that year.
Where is Orana? (Geography)
This suburb has clear boundaries. To the north, you will find Anson Road. The South Coast Highway forms its southern and eastern edges. On the west side, Orana is bordered by Le Grand Avenue. A major road, Albany Highway, actually runs right through the middle of Orana.
