Orna Porat (Hebrew: אורנה פורת), born as Irene Klein, was a famous Israeli theater actress. She was born in Cologne, Germany, on June 6, 1924. Orna Porat passed away on August 6, 2015, when she was 91 years old.
She studied acting at a drama school in Germany. After her studies, she started her acting career at a theater in Schleswig. In 1946, she moved to what was then called Mandatory Palestine. She later converted to Judaism in 1957.
