Ostrander is a village in Delaware County, Ohio, United States. The population was 643 at the 2010 census.
History
Ostrander was laid out in 1852, and incorporated as a village in 1875. The village has the name of one Mr. Ostrander, a railroad official.
Geography
Ostrander is located at 40°15′57″N 83°12′40″W / 40.26583°N 83.21111°W (40.265769, -83.211148).

2010 census
As of the census of 2010, there were 643 people, 221 households, and 175 families living in the village. The population density was 765.5 inhabitants per square mile (295.6/km2). There were 230 housing units at an average density of 273.8 per square mile (105.7/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 97.7% White, 0.5% African American, 0.3% Asian, and 1.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.7% of the population.
There were 221 households, of which 44.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 62.0% were married couples living together, 9.5% had a female householder with no husband present, 7.7% had a male householder with no wife present, and 20.8% were non-families. 15.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.91 and the average family size was 3.24.
The median age in the village was 35 years. 32.8% of residents were under the age of 18; 6.1% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 28.2% were from 25 to 44; 24.8% were from 45 to 64; and 8.2% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the village was 52.1% male and 47.9% female.
