Paul Jeffrey Byrne (born December 15, 1974) is an American actor. He is famous for playing Nicky "Rugrat" Koskoff in the movie The Wolf of Wall Street. He also played Irv Smiff in the TV show The Game. Many kids know his voice as Bolin from the animated series The Legend of Korra.
