Paige Chua Qi Hui (born June 25, 1981) is a popular actress, model, and television host from Singapore. She is well-known for her roles in many TV shows and for winning several awards for her acting.

Early Life and Sports
Paige Chua was born in Singapore. She went to Mayflower Secondary School and later Serangoon Junior College. After that, she studied at the National University of Singapore and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Before she became an actress, Paige was a talented athlete. From 1997 to 1999, she played for Singapore's National Youth Netball team. She had to stop playing competitive netball because of an injury.
Career Beginnings
After her netball career, Paige decided to try something new. She took a modeling class and worked as a model for four years.
Her acting journey began in 2008 with the TV show Just in Singapore. In the show, she played the half-sister of a character played by actress Fiona Xie. Later that year, she also appeared in two other series, La Femme and Crime Busters x 2.
Rise to Fame
First Major Roles
In 2010, Paige's talent was recognized with her first big award nomination. She was nominated for "Best Supporting Actress" at the Star Awards 2010 for her role in The Dream Catchers.
She then played her first leading role in a TV series called The Score. In this show, she played an office worker with a secret past. She also acted in the drama Secret Garden.
Winning Awards and Hosting
In 2011, Paige acted in the movie It's a Great, Great World as a nightclub dancer. She also starred in the TV show Be Happy with actor Chen Hanwei.
Besides acting, Paige started hosting TV shows. She hosted a lifestyle show called LOHAS and an educational program called The Activist's Journey II. In 2012, her hard work paid off when she won her first Top 10 Most Popular Female Artiste award at the Star Awards 2012.
A Versatile Actress
Paige has shown she can play many different types of characters. In 2013, she acted in a comedy sitcom called The Recruit Diaries, playing a lieutenant. She also played a school teacher in the show The School Bell Rings.
In 2014, her role in the action-packed series Against The Tide earned her another nomination for "Best Supporting Actress".
Continued Success
Paige continued to be a fan favorite. She won the Top 10 Most Popular Female Artistes award again in 2015, 2017, 2018, and for several more years after that.
One of her most memorable roles was in the 2016 drama Hero. This role was a big step in her career and got her another nomination for "Best Supporting Actress". In 2017, she played a Navy Captain in the popular drama When Duty Calls.
In 2018, she was nominated for "Best Actress" for the first time for her role as a housewife in Mightiest Mother-in-Law. She also starred in Blessings 2, a drama where her character travels back in time to 1918.
