Palestine (also known as Palestine Lake) is a small place in Indiana, United States. It's called an unincorporated community. This means it's a group of homes and businesses that isn't officially a city or town. It's located in Harrison Township, within Kosciusko County.

History of Palestine
Palestine was first started in the year 1837. It got its name from the ancient land of Palestine.
Early Services in the Community
A post office was opened in Palestine in 1839. This office helped people send and receive letters and packages. It stayed open for many years, but eventually closed down in 1903.
Geography of Palestine
Palestine is located along State Road 25. It is about six miles (or about 9.6 kilometers) southwest of the city of Warsaw.
Palestine Lake and Nearby Waters
The community sits right on the western side of Palestine Lake. A small stream called Trimble Creek flows into the lake. This happens near the northern part of the community.
