Pantoja Park is a public park located in the Marina district of downtown San Diego, California. It is the oldest park in San Diego, first created in 1850. The park is named after Don Juan Pantoja y Arriola. He was a Spanish explorer who drew the first map of San Diego Bay in 1782.

The park was first called Plaza Pantoja. Later, in the middle of the 1800s, people knew it as New Town Park. Today, you can find a statue of Benito Juárez there. Benito Juárez was a very important leader in Mexico. The Mexican government gave this statue to San Diego in 1981.
