Cristopher Paolo César Hurtado Huertas (born 27 July 1990), known as Paolo Hurtado, is a Peruvian footballer. He plays as a winger or forward for Carlos A. Mannucci.

Paolo Hurtado's Football Journey
Paolo Hurtado started his football career in Peru. He later played for teams in Portugal, England, Uruguay, Turkey, Bulgaria, and Chile. He also represented his home country, Peru, in international matches.
Early Career at Alianza Lima
Paolo Hurtado began his professional journey with Alianza Lima in 2008. At first, he didn't get many chances to play. So, he went on loan to Juan Aurich to gain more experience. After playing well there, he returned to Alianza Lima. He quickly became an important player for the team.
Playing in Portugal and Uruguay
In 2012, Paolo moved to Portugal to play for F.C. Paços de Ferreira. He quickly showed how good he was and became a key player for them. Later, in 2014, he had a short loan spell in Uruguay with Club Atletico Peñarol.
Time in England with Reading
In 2015, Hurtado signed a three-year contract with Reading, a team in England. He found it hard to settle in England and didn't play much. Because of this, he went back to Portugal on loan. He joined Vitória de Guimarães in 2016 for a season.
Return to Vitória Guimarães
After his loan, Paolo Hurtado made a permanent move to Vitória Guimarães in 2017. He continued to play well for the Portuguese club.
Later Career and Current Club
After his time in Portugal, Hurtado played for Konyaspor in Turkey. He also had spells with PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv in Bulgaria and Unión Española in Chile. In 2022, he returned to Alianza Lima for a short period. In 2023, he played for Cienciano, and since 2024, he has been playing for Carlos A. Mannucci.
Representing Peru
Paolo Hurtado has proudly played for the Peruvian national team. He was part of the squad that competed in the 2015 Copa América, where Peru won a bronze medal. He also helped his country qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. He scored three goals for Peru in his international career.
