The Park Plaza Hotel Leeds is a tall building in the city of Leeds, England. It is also known as Royal Exchange House. This hotel is located right in the middle of Leeds, on City Square. It is very close to the Leeds railway station.
About the Park Plaza Hotel
This building is a tall tower that was finished in 1966. Construction started just one year before, in 1965. When it was first built, it was an office building. Later, in 2004, it was changed into the four-star Park Plaza Hotel.
Building Height and Floors
The hotel building is 77 meters (about 253 feet) tall to its roof. It has 20 floors. For seven years, from 1966 to 1973, it was the tallest building in Leeds. After that, another building called West Riding House became the tallest.

The Park Plaza Hotel is in a very handy spot. It is directly across from the Leeds railway station. This makes it easy for people traveling by train. It also overlooks The Queen's Hotel.
