Patmos is a small town located in Hempstead County, Arkansas, in the United States. In 2010, about 64 people lived there. The town shares its name with a famous Greek island called Patmos. Patmos is also part of the larger Hope area, which is a group of towns connected economically.

Patmos is found in the southern part of Hempstead County. A road called Arkansas Highway 355 goes right through the town. This highway leads about 26 miles (42 km) southeast to a town named Waldo. It also goes about 10 miles (16 km) west and then north to Spring Hill.
