Francis Charles Winslow "Patsy" Callighen (born February 13, 1906 – died October 16, 1964) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player. He played as a defence player, which means he helped protect his team's goal. Patsy Callighen is best known for winning the Stanley Cup with the New York Rangers in the 1927–28 season.

He played 36 regular season games and nine playoff games in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Rangers. Most of his hockey career, which lasted from 1926 to 1936, was spent in other professional leagues. Callighen was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
