Paulo César Díaz Huincales (born August 25, 1994), known as Paulo Díaz, is a professional footballer from Chile. He plays as a centre-back (a defender who plays in the middle) for the Argentine Primera División club River Plate. He also plays for the Chile national team.

Paulo Díaz began his youth career at clubs like Cobreloa, Audax Italiano, and Palestino. He made his professional debut with Palestino in 2013. After playing well there, he moved to Colo-Colo, another big Chilean club.
