How Pedro Abad is Governed

The town is also known as the birthplace of Santa Rafaela M.ª Porras. She was a very important person who started a group called "Esclavas del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús" (Slaves of the Sacred Heart of Jesus). You can find her birth house in Pedro Abad.
