Pedro Abad is home to several important buildings. The Church of the Assumption (Iglesia de la Asunción) is a significant old church in the town. There is also the Ermita del Santísimo Cristo de los Desamparados, which is another religious building.
The town is also known as the birthplace of Santa Rafaela M.ª Porras. She was a very important person who started a group called "Esclavas del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús" (Slaves of the Sacred Heart of Jesus). You can find her birth house in Pedro Abad.
Another special building in Pedro Abad is the Basharat Mosque. This mosque was built and is managed by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, which is an islamic movement. It's a unique and important place of worship in the town.
