Pedro Júnior started his football career in 2003 with the youth team of Vila Nova in Brazil. He quickly moved up to the senior team in 2005.
Playing in Brazil
After starting at Vila Nova, Pedro Júnior played for several other Brazilian clubs. He was on loan to big teams like Grêmio and Cruzeiro. He also played for São Caetano and had several more spells with Vila Nova. These experiences helped him grow as a player.
Adventures in Asia
In 2007, Pedro Júnior moved to Japan to play for Omiya Ardija. This was a big step in his career.
