Pepino is a small town, also called a municipality, located in central Spain. It is part of the province of Toledo in the region of Castile-La Mancha. In 2018, about 2,907 people lived there.

Pepino is found 9 kilometers (about 5.6 miles) north of Talavera de la Reina. It is also 84 kilometers (about 52 miles) west of Toledo city.
