Tan Sri Datuk Peter Lo Sui Yin was an important Malaysian politician. He was the second person to serve as the Chief Minister of Sabah. He took office on January 1, 1965. His time as Chief Minister ended on May 12, 1967. He was a member of the Sabah Chinese Association.
