Petri Lindroos (born on January 10, 1980) is a musician from Finland. He plays heavy metal music. Petri is the main singer and guitarist for the band Ensiferum. He joined them in 2004. In 2023, he also became a member of the band Warmen. Before that, he helped start the band Norther in 1996. He played with Norther until 2009.

About Petri Lindroos

Petri Lindroos, often called "Pete," was born in Espoo, Finland. When he was 14 years old, he started learning to play the guitar. This was the beginning of his musical journey.

In 1996, Petri helped create a band called Norther. He formed this band with drummer Toni Hallio. Norther played a style of music called melodic death metal and power metal.

In 2004, Petri joined another band named Ensiferum. This band plays folk metal music. He became their lead singer. Petri continued to play with both Norther and Ensiferum for a few years.

In March 2009, Norther announced that Petri would be leaving the band. This was so he could focus more on his work with Ensiferum. Petri has been a full-time member of Ensiferum ever since. In 2023, he also joined the band Warmen.
