Peyton Meyer is an American actor. He was born on November 24, 1998. He is well-known for playing Lucas Friar in the Disney Channel TV show Girl Meets World. Before that, he had a repeating role as Wes Manning on Disney Channel's Dog with a Blog. In 2021, he also starred in the Netflix movie He's All That. From 2024 to 2025, he was part of the cast of the TV show Days of Our Lives.

Early Roles
Peyton Meyer started his acting career in 2013. His first role was in the Disney Channel TV series Dog with a Blog. In this show, he played a character named Wes Manning.
In 2014, he got a main role in the TV series Girl Meets World. This show was a spin-off from an older series called Boy Meets World. Peyton played Lucas Friar, a popular character on the show. He even appeared as Lucas Friar in another Disney Channel show, Best Friends Whenever.
Movies and Other TV Shows
In 2016, Peyton Meyer starred in a family comedy movie called Gibby. He played the character Tommy. The movie is about a monkey that helps a sad girl find happiness again.
In 2017, he played Ethan in a web series called Versus. From 2018 to 2021, he had a repeating role as Trip Windsor. Trip was the boyfriend of Taylor, a character in the ABC series American Housewife.
Peyton also joined the cast of Days of Our Lives in November 2024. He played Doug Williams III. His last episode on the show was on July 25, 2025.
Peyton Meyer's Personal Life
In October 2021, Peyton Meyer shared that he had married musician Taela. They welcomed their first child together in March 2022. Peyton is also a stepfather to Taela's son. Peyton and Taela separated in 2024.
