Phillip Jerrod Heath, born on December 18, 1979, is a famous American bodybuilder. He is known as The Gift. Phil won the Mr. Olympia contest seven times in a row. This was from 2011 to 2017. This ties him with Arnold Schwarzenegger for second place. Only Ronnie Coleman and Lee Haney have won more, with eight wins each. In October 2024, Phil joined the International Sports Hall of Fame.

Early Life and Sports
Phillip Jerrod Heath was born in Seattle, Washington. This was on December 18, 1979. He went to Rainier Beach High School in Seattle. There, he played basketball as a shooting guard. His team even won the state championship in 1998.
Phil then went to the University of Denver. He received a scholarship for basketball. He studied business administration while playing for the university's team.
Becoming a Bodybuilder
Phil Heath started bodybuilding in 2002. By 2005, he won a big amateur contest. This win allowed him to become a professional bodybuilder. In 2006, he won his first two professional events. These were the Colorado Pro Championships and the New York Pro Championship.
In 2007, Phil placed fifth at the Arnold Classic. He decided not to compete in the Mr. Olympia contest that year. He wanted more time to improve his physique.
Mr. Olympia Wins
Phil won the Iron Man show in 2008. He also placed second at the Arnold Classic. Later that year, he made his debut at the Mr. Olympia contest. He finished third, which was a great start for a newcomer.
He placed fifth in 2009 and second in 2010. Then, in 2011, Phil Heath won the Mr. Olympia title. He held onto this title for six more years. He won every year until 2018. In 2018, he placed second to Shawn Rhoden.
Other Appearances
In 2013, Phil Heath appeared at a professional wrestling event. It was for TNA's Bound for Glory. He walked out with a tag team called The BroMans. He celebrated with them when they won their championship.
