The third season of Phineas and Ferb first started airing on Disney Channel on March 4, 2011. It also began on Disney XD on March 7, 2011. This season follows two step-brothers, Phineas and Ferb, during their summer vacation. They try to make every day the best day ever. Their older sister, Candace, always tries to "bust" them. This means she tries to show their mom what wild things they are building.
The main characters are Phineas Flynn and Ferb Fletcher. There's also their older sister Candace Flynn. Don't forget their pet platypus, Perry the Platypus, who secretly works as a secret agent! He fights against the silly evil scientist, Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz. In the middle of this season, a special TV movie called Across the Second Dimension aired on August 5, 2011.
Many other characters appear often in this season. These include Isabella Garcia-Shapiro, the boys' parents Linda Flynn-Fletcher and Lawrence Fletcher, Major Monogram, Carl the Intern, Jeremy Johnson, Baljeet Tjinder, Buford Van Stomm, and Stacy Hirano.
