The Pigeon River is a stream in Huron County, Michigan. It is also known as the East Branch Pigeon River. This river is about 38 miles (61 km) long. It flows through an area of Michigan called "the Thumb."

The Pigeon River starts where two smaller streams, Appin and Livingston drains, join together. This happens in southern Sheridan Township. From there, the river flows mostly north and west. It eventually empties into Saginaw Bay, which is part of Lake Huron. The river's journey ends near the town of Caseville.
